ALASKA & HAWAII & INTERNATIONAL

  • We do NOT ship to Hawaii
  • We DO ship to Alaska, however items that normally have free shipping will incur extra charges to Alaska
  • This website does not allow ship-to addresses outside of the US. We can ship to your freight forwarder's US address.

 

SHIPPING ESTIMATE

  • Add a product to your shopping cart
  • Look for the Shipping Estimate box on the right side of the product page
  • Enter your state and Zip code and click Go for an approximate shipping estimate

 

ACTUAL SHIPPING TO BE CHARGED

  • During checkout, you will be asked to enter your complete shipping address for an exact shipping quote
  • Exact shipping is shown during checkout before you enter any payment information

 

SHIPPING PROCESS ONCE ORDER PLACED

  • Our business hours are 9am-5pm eastern standard time Monday through Friday
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation of the order by email
  • Your order status will show "Shipment Pending" in your Account viewable after you login
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays

 

TIME-TO-SHIP

  • Once your order has been submitted to our shipping department, your order status will say "... Confirmed" depending on the sending warehouse, and should ship within a few business days
  • Most orders ship within 2-5 business days
  • Any delays or backorders will be given notification by email (please add help@needabulb.com to your address book)

 

SHIPPING TRANSIT TIME

  • Once we have a tracking number for your order, you will receive an email and your order status will say "Completed"
  • You may login to your account to retrieve the tracking number
  • All orders ship by UPS Ground service from our West Coast or Mid-West facilities
  • Orders usually arrive within 1-6 business days after shipping, depending on your location
  • Infrequently, we do not receive a tracking number and your order may have shipped even though the order status shows "...Confirmed"
  • We encourage our customers to wait 7 business days from date of order before inquiring about tracking numbers, but we won't get mad if you email us earlier :)

 

PACKAGING

  • Many of our product ship directly from the manufacturer and may not be marked with Needabulb.com as the sender
  • All of our products are securely packaged to prevent damage
  • If your order for Neptun lighting products arrives damaged, please call 1-888-735-8330 during business hours for an immediate replacement
