- Packages without an RMA number will be refused.
- Please contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Return address will be different (Your order may have been drop-shipped).
- RMA's expire 20 days from date of issue.

- Discontinued items
- Custom-ordered or custom-made items
- Orders received by customer over 20 days ago
- Orders shipped by truck freight or expedited shipping (Damage claims must be filed with carrier)
- Orders that include a special price quote or used a discount coupon code or instant rebate or instant discount
- Light Bulbs. Bulbs that fail within 15 days of receipt will be exchanged at our option if they have not been altered, misused, improperly installed or physically damaged. Bulbs that fail after 15 days may be replaced under warranty by manufacturer, we do not cover manufacturer's replacement shipping costs.
- All large furniture such as sofas, couches, lounges, chaises, ottomans and chairs.
THESE ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED (UNLESS NOTED ABOVE)
- Items that are new, unused, unaltered, undamaged with all included accessories and original packing materials.
- Items that are repacked properly in original packaging, arriving undamaged and in resalable condition.
- Items that we receive within 15 days of an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) being issued.
LIGHT BULBS - AVERAGE HOURS OR LIFE IS NOT A WARRANTY
Average hours is an industry guideline that suggests the following: if you take a 3,000 average hour bulb as an example, half of these bulbs will burn out at 1,500 hours, and half of these bulbs will burn out at 4,500 hours giving you the rated 3,000 hour average.
RECYCLING AND DISPOSAL
It is the customer's responsiblity to properly dispose of any used, damaged, defective, unneeded or mis-delivered items that cannot simply be put into normal residential or commercial trash.
UNSHIPPED ORDERS - May be cancelled at any time unless the order contains:
- Discontinued products
- Custom-ordered products
- Custom-made products
- Final-sale products
SHIPPED ORDERS - Can not be cancelled, but may be eligible for return less fees outlined below.
- Eligible refunds will be made within 30 days of our having received and inspected undamaged, properly packaged resalable merchandise
- No refunds will be given for merchandise damaged during shipment or missing accessories, so please insure all returns.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded for original shipping charged to ship products to you.
- You agree to be responsible for shipping costs associated for returning products to Needabulb.com.
- If you are eligible for a refund based on our sole discretion, you will receive a refund minus any applicable:
a)restock fees, b)return shipping charges to Needabulb.com, c)actual original shipping charges for shipping to customer, regardless of amount originally charged to customer through a discount or free shipping promotion.
- It is the customer's responsiblity to use a licensed and experienced installer to handle all products purchased from Needabulb.com. It is also the customer's responsiblity to pay for all charges incurred installing our products, removing their old fixtures/lamps or for design or consulting charges. In the unlikely event products purchased from Needabulb.com are defective, become defective, fail or are not operating to your satisfaction, Needabulb.com will not be liable for costs incurred removing those products. If the products are within the manufacturers warranty, Needabulb.com at its sole discretion may pay for return shipping costs.
