At needabulb.com, we specialize in large quantity wholesale orders. Shipping charges on small orders may seem excessive, but we are forced to pass along fees for broken cases and small orders from our vendors to the customer. Depending on the order, you may incur a $10 small order fee or a $6 broken case fee or both. Please check your situation below. MINIMUM ORDER FEE - Some but not all of our vendors impose a minimum order fee if you order less than $99 of that vendor's items.
- Topstar / Value brand products have a $10 minimum order fee as part of the shipping charge
- Neptun brand products have NO minimum order fee
- If your product total is over $99, you can use coupon code TEN to get $10 off shipping (not valid on Neptun brand products. You must enter your shipping information before you enter the coupon code)
BROKEN CASE FEE
- Most of our Topstar / Value brand products are priced individually, but include a $6 Broken Case Fee as part of the shipping charge
- To avoid this fee, order items that are marked "Case of 12" (example quantity), and you'll save money since case quantities are already discounted even further than individually priced items.
- If you order a case of one item along with another item priced individually, the $6 fee still applies.
ORDERING INDIVIDUALLY-PRICED AND CASE-PRICED PRODUCTS TOGETHER
- If you have both indvidually-priced and case-priced items in one order, the $10 minimum order fee is charged once for each warehouse. This is a limitation of our shopping cart software.
- If the total value of your products is over $99, use coupon code TEN to get $10 off the first warehouse. Once you have received your Order Confirmation email, reply to it and let us know that you want the minimum order fee refunded. The $10 fee should be refunded to your card within 3-4 business days if your product total is over $99.
